Hi, With the lack of demos from some games, Steam allows players to refund games when under 2 hours of game time. Would this be an effective method or should developers actually release demos? With the lack of demo games lately, I always go to youtube and get as much gameplay as I can on a game I'm interested buying and it helps to make my purchase easily by looking at gameplay if a demo/trail of a game doesn't offer. Probably not. I usually know before a game comes out whether I'll like it or not and I already don't have enough time playing the games that I want to play so I don't have the time for downloading and trying games that I'm unsure of. Thanks! For more details: Business Services Video
